Battersea Park
This beautiful park is located at the south of the Thames, couple of miles from the marble arch with a great variety of trees. A wonderful winter garden is being built next to the Sun Gate.
After you stroll around and feel hungry, there are couple of good places to eat :
La Gondola al Parco by the lake provides a calm view, while you savor nice italian cuisine and icecream.
You might want to check out the Tea Terrace kiosk ( between the zoo and the fountains) – for fresh sandwiches.

Get off at Battersea Park station
another option is to catch “44 bus”.

Get off at Sloane Square and catch Bus # 452 or 137 or you may want to take a slow stroll through Sloane street and Chelsea Bridge road. The distance is approximately one kilometer.
